Helping People Feel More At Home in Their Bodies
For me, movement has always been about more than simply becoming stronger or more flexible. It’s about understanding my body, listening to what it needs, and creating the freedom to move through life with greater confidence.
My approach to wellness comes from a genuine curiosity about how the body works and a desire to help people feel better in their everyday lives. Through assisted stretching, nervous system regulation, fascia-focused techniques, and intentional movement, I help clients better understand their bodies and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
I believe the body functions best when strength, flexibility, mobility, the nervous system, and the mind work together. Rather than focusing only on where someone feels discomfort, I look deeper at how the body moves, adapts, and compensates.
My goal isn’t to force the body into a particular position or push through discomfort. It’s to create the awareness, strength, and mobility needed to help each person move with greater ease, confidence, and connection.

Movement Is More Than Exercise
I believe meaningful movement starts with awareness. When we understand how our bodies move and respond to stress, we can begin making more intentional choices about how we move, train, recover, and take care of ourselves.
My own movement practice is an important part of that philosophy. Through consistent training, exploration, and learning from my own body, I continue to deepen my understanding of movement and bring that experience into my work with clients. I believe that staying curious and connected to my own practice allows me to better understand the people I work with and help them find what works best for their bodies.
Experience With Real People
Throughout my work, I’ve had the opportunity to work with people from all different backgrounds, lifestyles, and levels of physical performance. From someone who simply wants to move more comfortably in their everyday life to high-level athletes focused on performance and recovery, I approach every person as an individual.
David Grohl – American Musician and Songwriter
I’ve had the opportunity to work with David Grohl of Foo Fighters, supporting him through movement and body-focused work. Experiences like these have continued to reinforce something I believe strongly: every body is different, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to movement and wellness.

Gabriel ‘The Recife Shark’ Wanderley – Pro MMA Fighter
Working with athletes has been an especially meaningful part of what I do. I’ve had the opportunity to support professional MMA fighter Gabriel “The Recife Shark” Wanderley through his training and preparation, focusing on movement, mobility, recovery, and overall body awareness.
Our sessions have been about helping him feel prepared, move efficiently, and perform at his best when it matters most. Seeing the work we’ve put in together translate into his performance has been incredibly rewarding.
The photos capture a special moment after Gabriel’s APFC championship win. I’m proud to have played a small part in supporting him along his journey and seeing his hard work come together inside the cage.

At the Heart of My Work
At the heart of what I do is a simple belief: everyone deserves to feel confident and comfortable in their body.
Whether I’m working with an athlete preparing for their next competition, someone who has been dealing with tension and restricted movement, or someone who simply wants to feel better in their everyday life, I meet each client where they are.
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I take the time to listen, observe, and understand how each person’s body moves and responds. From there, we can create an approach that supports greater mobility, strength, awareness, and ease.

Ready to Move Differently?
If you’re ready to better understand your body, move with more intention, and feel more connected to the way you move, I’d love to work with you.
